Canada:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for all Canadian and US orders over $150 before taxes (exceptions apply).

Local pickup also available from 5733 Alberta Street, Vancouver at no charge.

Rest of the world:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Kindly note that customers will be responsible for duties and taxes per country regulations.  

We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

Delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 working days within BC, and up to 7 working days within rest of Canada.

Delivery outside of Canada usually can take up to 7-15 working days. Estimated timeline will be given during checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and are shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (exception may apply during busy periods and high volume times). Special events and promotions may also result in longer processing times.

While we don't offer returns or refunds, we're happy to offer a one-time exchange or store credit via a gift card, should you find your item isn't quite right.

To be eligible for exchange, please ensure that your item is in its original packaging, unworn, and unused, and the exchange is requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, all sales and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credits.

Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are to be covered by the customer. Our goal is to ensure you find something you love, and we’re here to help make that happen. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions prior to making purchases.
